
YOGA
I have always been passionate about movement, and yoga initially drew me in for its physical and mental benefits. Over time, my practice has become a path of self-discovery and healing, teaching me to connect more deeply with my body, trust my intuition, and embrace the ever-changing rhythms of life.

I believe yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience or ability. My classes blend traditional elements—asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and meditation—with a fluid, intuitive approach that encourages deep connection and self-exploration.

As my own practice has evolved, so has my teaching. I now guide from an embodied perspective, allowing the body to lead the way. This approach sees movement as a process of self-discovery, helping you cultivate a dialogue between your inner and outer experience while weaving together body, mind, and breath. Embodied yoga nurtures mindful movement, self-expression, and a greater sense of authenticity and connection both within yourself and in relation to the world around you.

In some practices, I also integrate free movement and dance, creating space for playfulness, creativity, and exploration.

While I teach a variety of yoga styles, they are all approached through an embodied lens inviting you to move with awareness, curiosity, and presence. I also offer Authentic Flow classes, a full immersion into the experience of becoming. Through a chosen access point, I will guide you into your fullest expression through a seamless blend of asana and free movement, allowing for deep exploration and transformation.
ENERGY EXCHANGE
1-1 class £50 for 60 minutes £65 for 90 minutes
2-3 person class £25 per person for 60 minutes
4+ £15 per person for 60 minutes

WHICH CLASS IS BEST FOR ME?
EMBODIED YOGA
(AUTHENTIC FLOW)
This approach to movement is deeply rooted in somatic awareness, inviting you to tune into your senses, seeing, feeling, listening, and exploring as a way to fully inhabit your body. It is a practice of curiosity and presence, embracing movement as a dynamic, ever-evolving process of self-discovery.

YIN
Slowing everything down in this class, we will hold the poses on the floor for 2-6 minutes while using props to help support ourselves. In this class, we will stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues and muscles all while connecting to our breath and learning how to move through healthy discomfort in our bodies and mind. As we move into deep stretches we will begin to open up our energy channels to release any blockages.
All levels welcome.
MEDITATION &
PRANAYAMA
Focusing on breath work and meditation, this class will help improve your emotional state and also help decrease levels of stress. Supported through a series of breathing techniques, mantras, mudras and guided meditations expect to leave each session feeling relaxed and calm. Each session will be tailored to you with practices you can integrate into your life.
Option to add in Asanas (yoga postures) to the class.
All levels welcome.
VINYASA FLOW
In this class we will weave our movement with our breath creating a flowing sequence, creating strength in the body, and finding stillness in our minds. There will always be modifications so you have the option to take a more relaxed practice or you can build up the heat.

All of my private classes are tailored to you based on your needs and what you would like to get out of your yoga practice. If there is anything specific you would like to work on please let me know and we can create a plan for you. Any of the styles above can be adapted to suit you.
Working 1-1 is a great opportunity to go deeper into your practice.
